1 egg
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
( do not use shakeology! Shakeology has too many amazing super foods that lose its nutrients when it's cooked!)
½ cup of sweet potatoes
2 tbs almond milk
Pure vanilla extract
Cinnamon
And coconut oil for cooking
Mix all together ( I add water to get a pancake consistency) and cook like you would a regular ol pancake!
*tip make sure you use a well greased pan! I do a quick spray of Olive oil and cook it in coconut oil as well!
Keep heat low low-medium! I also cover with a lid while cooking too!
Options*
I've made them with chocolate whey mashed up with blueberries too soo good!
Strawberry whey and salted caramel was amazing too!
Glaze
Make a yummy glaze to top it off!

1 tsp of peanut butter or P2B!
A smidge of almond milk to get it creamy!
