Overnight Oats



One clean jar with lid
0.6 cup of rolled oats (about half the jar)
2 tsp of chia seeds (optional)
1 cup of milk (eg. soy milk, almond milk)
2 tbsp of nuts and/or seeds (optional)
1 tsp of cinnamon and/or honey/stevia
½ cup fresh fruit
INSTRUCTIONS
Throw everything in a jar, screw the lid on top, shake, and off it goes into the fridge. The next morning
add a dash of milk and enjoy :-)
