Ingredients: 1 lb Chicken 1 large onion 1 green bell pepper Seasoning: 1 Tbls. Chili powder, 1 ½ tsp. paprika, ¾ tsp onion powder, ¾ garlic powder, ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, ¾ tsp cumin, 1 tsp sea salt Instructions: Place all ingredients into the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. When ready, shred chicken with a fork and enjoy! Use whole grain tortilla to serve or on a bed of lettuce. Use greek yogurt instead of sour cream!
