Healthy Chicken Salad
Chicken breast (shredded)
Chopped grapes,
chopped cranberries
minced onion
chopped celery
salt, pepper
¼ avocado
¼ cup mayo( I use organic or greek yogurt)
Mix together and serve on piece of whole wheat bread or on romaine leaves
