Mason Jar Salad



To make layer from bottom to top:
Dressing 2-4 Tbsp ( organic, vinaigrette)
 No absorbent veggie (Carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower, cucumber or bell peppers)
Absorbent veggies (onions, mushrooms, radish, or fruits: strawberries, blueberries)
Leafy green (romaine lettuce, spinach, kale)
Protein (Grilled Chicken, nuts)
Cheese
