Tuna Patty Pita








1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup red peppers
1/2 cup green pepper
1 garlic clove
 2 can of tuna drained really well
1 egg
Some spicy brown mustard
About 1/4 cup of oats
Form into patties on a non stick cookie pan
Freeze for about 30 min( easier to cook a keep shape)
Cook on 350-400 until firm


1 red 1/2 green per 2 patties ( usually makes 4 patties)
(add lettuce tomato 1/2 green )




Avocado Dressing
8 servings (2 TBS)

  • 1 ripe medium avocado, cut into cubes
  • ½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 9 fresh parsley sprigs, chopped

  • blend ingredients until smooth
